Payment guidelines for overseas students

Students with credit cards issued in Israel may pay according to one of the options specified here (in Hebrew). Students with credit cards issued abroad (whose bank account is also managed abroad) must pay in a single payment even if the credit card is an international credit card.

Students registered as students residing in Israel who change their status to students studying abroad will pay the difference between tuition charged students studying in Israel and tuition charged students studying abroad.

Students registered as students studying abroad who change their status to students residing in Israel will receive full or partial reimbursement for the difference between tuition charged students studying abroad and tuition for students residing in Israel, according to the following: If the materials have not yet been mailed, the full difference will be reimbursed. If the materials required up to the end of the semester have already been mailed, 50% of the difference will be reimbursed.

Complete information and instructions regarding tuition payments can be found here (in Hebrew).
