Courses offered to students abroad

Most OU courses can be studied abroad. Nonetheless, in certain programs of study, students can not complete all degree requirements while abroad. This pertains primarily to studies toward degrees in the Natural Sciences which require participation in laboratory sessions. The list of courses available to students abroad can be found in the Table of Courses.

For courses which include mandatory laboratory sessions or field trips, participation requirements may be fulfilled over the course of two semesters in which the course is offered following completion of the course. Students will not receive credits for such courses before fulfilling all course requirements.
