Bridges to Other Academic Institutions

The Open University has reached agreements with other universities that enable outstanding students to begin their studies within the flexible Open University framework and then transfer to various faculties in other universities to complete their degree. Students are accepted on the basis of their achievements at the Open University. Courses studied at the Open University will shorten the duration of studies towards a degree continued at other institutions by about one year.

At this stage, transfer tracks are available in the following areas and universities:

Engineering and Sciences:	The Technion, Tel Aviv University, Ben Gurion University of the Negev
Humanities:	Tel Aviv University, Ben Gurion University of the Negev, The University of Haifa
Social Sciences:	Tel Aviv University, The University of Haifa, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Ben Gurion University of the Negev
