Human Resources Administration

The Human Resources Administration deals with the hiring, welfare and training of employees of the Open University. It handles recruiting staff, internal transfer, pay, work hours, and development of human resources, while fostering, on a whole-university level, high staff morale, productivity and motivation. The Administration also deals with hiring tutors (for academic and non-academic courses).
