Credits: 3 intermediate credits in Literature

Prerequisites: 21 credits in Literature, including Creative Writing Workshop: Prose Fiction I

Objective: To shift the emphasis from theoretical understanding of literary texts and the exposure of their aesthetic principles to implementation and construction of texts and short stories.

In this second part of the workshop, students will experience the process of writing a story, while initially searching for and then maintaining their unique voice.

Group meetings are held every two weeks. Students are required to submit exercises during the semester, and write a short story as a final assignment.
