If you know where the article was published (journal name, date, volume/issue no.) you can locate it by taking the following steps:

1. Search the TD-Net or the OU library catalog by title of the journal
   • TD-Net search: use the link to the e-journal (if available) or click on "Print Holdings" to reach the OU library catalog. Then, click "where in the library" to check for the volume's location.

2. If the journal is not listed in the OU library catalog, search in the ULS, where you can simultaneously search for journals in all academic libraries in Israel. Once you find which library holds the journal, you can either photocopy the article there or order a scan through Sheilta.
3. If the article is from a book (anthology or a collection of articles), you need to locate the book in the OU library catalog or in the ULI. You can either photocopy the article or order a scan through Sheilta.

1. Choose the source (by default, the search is not limited to a specific source. For academic papers, it is recommended to limit the source to "Articles from scholarly periodicals").
2. Type the subject or keywords in the search box (you can either search in Hebrew or English. Results are returned in Hebrew only)
3. On the results list, click on "details" to see the full bibliographic reference (title, author name, journal, date, volume/issue no., pages and abstract, if available). Some articles include full-text, available by clicking on "electronic access".
4. It is recommended to view the short clip on the IHP homepage, which explains in detail how to use the new interface (in Hebrew). From the homepage, you can also log in to the index's previous interface.
