Operations Center
The Operations Center provides logistical services to employees, students and tutors on the main campus and at branches of the University. The Center provides services in the areas of security, maintenance, building, cleaning, distribution, the bookshop, mailings, insurance, multimedia communications, and archiving.

Logistics Center
The Center handles the storage and distribution of study materials to students and tutors, and to stores throughout the country. It receives and stocks supplies, and deals with paper for printers, office supplies, computers, laboratory equipment, furniture, and handles outgoing and in-house mail.

Building and Property Department
The department of Building and Property is responsible for maintenance and construction projects, furniture and labeling, and for ongoing dealings concerning permits, licensing and fees, as well as maintenance of the study centers. The department is also responsible for system functioning on the Raanana campus, including cleaning, gardening, multimedia communications and archives, and for organizing events on the Raanana campus and at study centers.

Lamda, the Open University Bookstore
Lamda markets and sells all the titles produced by the Publishing House of the Open University to individuals and to bookstores throughout the country, and deals with loans of learning aids to students.
