This course is a continuation of Introduction to Law (10735) and provides more in-depth knowledge on topics related to business and commerce. Some of the topics studied, such as special contract law and intellectual property laws, are advanced aspects of topics studied in the introductory course.

Topics: Special law of contract and law of obligations, negotiable instruments law, fundamentals of insurance law, banking law, fair competition law and consumer law, public administration, restrictive agreements, money laundering.
